What this website does
The site serves static pages. It runs without cookies, without analytics and without advertising or tracking scripts, so browsing it leaves no profile with us and asks you for nothing. The page loads its two typefaces from Google Fonts; that request reaches Google directly from your browser and is governed by Google's own privacy terms.
The site is published through Cloudflare, which processes the technical details of each request — such as the IP address it came from and the page asked for — in order to deliver the page and to keep the service secure.
Personal data we hold
The personal data the company actually holds from this site is whatever you choose to put in a message to us: your name and email address as they appear on the message, the address of the property you are writing about, and anything else you include. Email sent to support@abvmash.site is routed to the company mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing, which handles the message in transit.
Why we hold it and on what basis
- To read your message, answer it and carry out what is asked — our legitimate interest in running the correspondence of the business, and, where your message concerns an agreement with us, the performance of that agreement.
- To keep a record of what was asked and what was done, which is how property obligations are evidenced — our legitimate interest, and compliance with the record-keeping duties that apply to property owners and managers.
Who else sees it
Correspondence stays within the company and its professional advisers, contractors and service providers where the subject of your message requires it — for example, passing a reported fault to the contractor who will attend. Data is disclosed to a public authority only where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Correspondence that leads to no further action is kept while it may reasonably be needed and then deleted. Correspondence that forms part of a property, tenancy or management record is kept for as long as that record must be retained under the agreement and under the statutory limitation periods that apply to it, and is deleted once those periods end.
Where it is held
The company operates in the United Kingdom. Our hosting and email providers operate international networks, so a message may be processed outside the UK in transit; where that happens it is covered by the safeguards those providers maintain for international transfers.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or complete it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to support@abvmash.site and we will answer within the statutory period.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
